ENTRIES/FEES: a) $35.00 per class, $30.00 per class for HPNJ Members; b) $10 office fee; c) Grounds Fee $20 per entry not stabling. d) All major credit cards are accepted; e) Refund Policy: Before closing date less $20 handling fee. NO REFUNDS AFTER CLOSING DATE; including acts of God, inclement weather, or other emergencies f) Negative coggins within 12 months and proof of flu/rhino vaccine administered in the past 6 months. Coggins MUST and proof of flu/rhino accompany entry; g) Entries must be received by closing date. Entries postmarked but received after the closing date are subject to a $10.00 post-entry fee, if space permits; g) Non-negotiable check will void entry and incur a $50.00 fee.

WARM-UP: Ride times will be scheduled as to allow warm-up in the indoor arena.

STABLING FEES: Day stalls available - $45.00 Pre-ordered shavings $10/bag.

NO STRAW BEDDING! The Horse Park will charge $10.00 per stall additional clean up fee if straw bedding is used.

AWARDS: Six ribbons per class.

Prize will be awarded to the individual with the highest combined score from at least two of the three winter shows. Prize courtesy of Dressage Experience Show Management.

ARENA: Shows may be held in either a small or large arena.

RIDE TIMES: Wednesday evening prior to show, at www.horseparkofnewjersey.com, and will be emailed.

OTHER: All dogs MUST be on a leash at all times! Please call secretary for info on schooling horses. Please state on entry form any special considerations; i.e. trailering with other competitors, multiple horses entered, etc.

Hold Harmless Clause: Understanding that horse sports may be hazardous, possibly leading to permanent injury or death, each owner, rider, spectator, and other participants assumes any and all risk, loss, or injury and agrees to hold harmless, regardless of negligent acts or omissions the Horse Park of New Jersey at Stone Tavern, Inc, show committee, and all horse show personnel.

Management reserves the right to combine, divide, or cancel any class.
