ALL PROCEEDS GO TO THE HORSE PARK OF NEW JERSEY
These sessions are open to everyone!
(HPNJ Members & Non-Members)
Each week we will introduce a new Centered Riding topic.
Have hands-on fun, while learning about Centered Riding techniques that can quickly and easily improve your riding. Take what you learn in these sessions and try them out on your horse to experience how these techniques can positively impact the your riding!
The biomechanical/mind-body approach, developed by Sally Swift, facilitates the learning process and enhances communication between horse and rider. For more information about Centered Riding, go to: www.centeredriding.org
Content and skills learned in these sessions are suitable for riders of all levels and all disciplines. Plan to attend even if you've attended similar sessions in the past–new material will be covered.
Participants may come to any or all of the sessions, but because the work each week compliments what was done in prior sessions, it is recommended to attend all sessions. Wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to have fun! Please be on time.
